Job description

The role 
We’re seeking a Copywriter to join our team and develop bold ideas and high-performing copy within a regulated financial environment. This role demands a balance of creative judgment and technical precision to produce work that is compelling, accurate, and compliant. 

You’ll contribute across the full funnel, from initial concepting to final execution, by collaborating closely with creative, strategy, and account teams. 

Responsibilities 

  • Develop campaign concepts, taglines, and messaging frameworks. 

  • Write short- and long-form copy across digital, paid social, email, web, and print/branch channels. 

  • Create copy variations at scale (headlines, CTAs, subject lines). 

  • Edit and refine copy for clarity, consistency, and voice. 

  • Write performance-driven copy that balances clear benefit hierarchies with conversion-focused calls to action. 

  • Translate complex financial products into clear, human, and accessible messaging. 

  • Work within regulated marketing requirements, managing disclosures and legal language as needed. 

  • Collaborate closely with Art Directors and Designers to ensure cohesive creative output. 

  • Participate in internal and client reviews, articulating creative rationale. 

What success looks like 

  • Strong first drafts that are on-strategy and on-voice. 

  • Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy. 

  • Comfort writing within regulatory constraints while maintaining creative impact. 

  • A nimble approach to revisions, showing the resilience and adaptability needed to stay focused during fast-paced client reviews. 

  • Collaborative, high-quality creative output. 

Qualifications 

  • 3+ years of copywriting experience (agency or in-house). 

  • Portfolio demonstrating campaign thinking, short- and long-form copy, and voice control. 

  • Strong editing skills and attention to detail. 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and feedback cycles. 

  • Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
