This role is entirely remote, allowing you to provide counseling services from the comfort of your own home. We primarily engage through virtual platforms that ensure confidentiality and support seamless communication with patients. Your home workspace must be equipped to guarantee privacy and comply with HIPAA regulations, safeguarding patient information and maintaining a secure therapeutic environment.

• Conduct virtual evaluations and assessments to understand patient needs and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to provide comprehensive counseling and psychotherapy services.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and Natural Learning Environment Practices to design personalized intervention strategies.
• Monitor and assess treatment outcomes regularly, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize patient progress.
• Provide families with information and support aimed at enhancing their child's developmental milestones and well-being.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest therapeutic techniques and best practices in telehealth.

You will primarily work with a diverse population of individuals and families, addressing a variety of mental health concerns. This includes anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and coping strategies for life transitions. Your work will empower clients to navigate their challenges and foster resilience using a strengths-based approach.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Must hold a valid LPCC license in the state of California.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience conducting psychotherapy or solution-focused counseling post-licensure.
• Experience in telehealth delivery and familiarity with virtual assessment tools and electronic health record systems.
• Strong communication abilities to effectively engage with patients, families, and healthcare agencies.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
