Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will play a vital role in the well-being of our clients by:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify mental health concerns and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect each client's unique journey.
• Delivering individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and techniques designed to foster healing and personal growth.
• Collaborating closely with clients to establish therapeutic goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure ongoing efficacy.
• Providing teletherapy options for clients who prefer virtual sessions or are facing accessibility challenges, ensuring everyone has access to quality mental health care.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities, including training workshops and peer consultations, to sharpen your clinical skills and stay informed of industry advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily serves individuals experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Counselors will work with diverse populations, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each client. Your contributions will significantly impact clients' quality of life, facilitating their journey toward recovery and improved mental health.

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor - Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and sustain trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.
• A strong display of empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' experiences.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a diverse caseload and various administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in telehealth services or a rehabilitation setting is highly desirable. Candidates with experience incorporating evidence-based practices, such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) or DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), into their therapeutic methods will have an advantage. Additionally, familiarity with digital documentation systems and teletherapy platforms is beneficial to streamline client care.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, contingent on caseload and experience. Benefits include:
