Your contributions as a clinician are crucial in delivering effective mental health services at our Detox Center, where clients often require empathetic and informed support during critical periods of their recovery journey.

• Provide direct clinical services to clients in a variety of settings, including virtual therapy sessions and potential in-community interactions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, utilizing evidence-based screening tools to determine client needs and appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, attending regular meetings to advance shared objectives and ensure quality care delivery.
• Create integrated care plans tailored to individual client circumstances, ensuring access to necessary services and resources.
• Monitor and document client progress, guaranteeing timely submission of reports and adherence to organizational standards and ethical codes.
• Deliver focused treatment and recovery services, utilizing therapeutic techniques that empower clients and enhance their coping strategies.
• Engage in crisis intervention as needed, providing immediate support for clients facing severe emotional distress.
• Maintain a manageable caseload, working with individuals, groups, and families to address complex psychological and emotional needs.
• Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the advancement of agency services and patient care excellence.
• Provide on-call support during and after program hours as assigned, ensuring continuous availability for crisis situations.

The client population primarily consists of individuals struggling with severe mental health disorders, including major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and substance use issues. These clients often face significant barriers to access due to socioeconomic factors, making it imperative that our therapists have both a deep understanding of mental health challenges and the ability to engage with a diverse range of cultural backgrounds and life experiences.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program is required.
• A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Nevada.
• Expert knowledge of mental health assessment, diagnosis, crisis intervention, and treatment methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrable organizational abilities and competency in managing diverse client needs.
• Commitment to maintaining professional ethical standards and fostering an inclusive environment.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience in a mental health or social service setting is preferred.
• Experience working in a similar remote or telehealth environment is advantageous.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
