Virtual Patient Monitoring professionals are responsible for remotely tracking patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general health status using specialized software and monitoring devices. They review real-time data, identify any concerning trends or alerts, and promptly communicate with medical staff or patients as needed. Coordination with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members is common to ensure timely interventions and updates on patient conditions.
