Job description

As a Front Office Host, you play a key role in creating a welcoming first impression and delivering exceptional guest experiences throughout each stay.
The Front Office Host is responsible for assisting guests with check-in and check-out, managing reservations, responding to guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. This position also serves as a Relief Night Auditor with additional evening shifts on other days. Open availability is essential to support operational needs.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a warm and professional demeanor. Responsibilities during overnight shifts include balancing daily financial transactions and preparing reports.
This position requires continuous standing, frequent use of computer systems, and interaction with guests and colleagues. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The hourly rate for this position is $30.79.
