As a Virtual Observer, you play a crucial role in patient safety by monitoring multiple patients remotely via video feeds. You collaborate closely with onsite healthcare staff, such as nurses and patient care technicians, by promptly communicating any concerning behaviors or incidents you observe. Effective communication and clear reporting are essential, as you may need to alert the care team in real time to prevent falls, self-harm, or other safety risks.
