Job Summary:
Accenture LLP is seeking an experienced Lead Network Engineer with strong technical expertise and leadership skills. The role involves overseeing a team of engineers and managing enterprise-grade network infrastructure for optimal performance, security, and scalability.
Responsibilities:
• Strong technical leadership experience in enterprise and cloud networking, with accountability for design decisions, standards definition, and operational governance across hybrid environments
• Demonstrated experience in managing multivendor and multi-protocol routing environments with deep expertise in complex BGP routing environments
• Proven expertise in AWS and Azure cloud networking, including AWS Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, Route 53, and Elastic Load Balancers (ELB), as well as Azure ExpressRoute, Virtual Network Gateway, Azure DNS Resolver, and Azure Load Balancers, with the ability to define resilient and scalable reference architectures
• Experience providing technical oversight and governance for SD-WAN platforms, specifically Palo Alto ION SD-WAN, including the design and management of global and regional SD-WAN architecture models, development and implementation of policy frameworks for application-aware traffic steering, and establishment of operational standards for monitoring, performance management, and lifecycle operations
• Strong understanding of Network Access Control (NAC) using Cisco ISE, with experience in defining enterprise-wide strategies and standards, including 802.1X and MAB authentication models, as well as policy design, compliance management, and overall access control governance
• Hands-on experience with cloud contact center solutions, including Zoom Phone and SIP call flows, covering user provisioning, voicemail, call flows, auto-receptionist setup, desk phones, and policy enforcement
• Proven ability to drive issue resolution, implement operational standards, and ensure reliable, scalable operations
• Strong skills in reporting, basic troubleshooting, team mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration across IT, business, and vendor teams
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, driving technical excellence, skill development, and adoption of best practices.

Required:
• 10+ years in network architecture, design, and management
