Endpoint Services Coordinator / Network Transformation Analyst

Start: 3 weeks from date of offer

Location: Boston, MA

Length of Contract: 1 year

Hourly Pay: 30-40 p/hr on W2

40 hours per week

Schedule: standard business hours(9-5) but there will be an overnight shift on Tuesday. Ideally this person can do this ever week or bi weekly.

Client is doing an upgrade to their entire infrastructure - Cisco to Cisco fiber. They are in need of a resource that can work with the customer on when shut downs will happen, how it will impact there daily operation, and also on when things will come back on and potential differences / changes. This role is a highly communicative role between clinical staff nd technical teams.

salary: $30 - $40 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Support planning and execution of network transformation projects across hospitals, ambulatory sites, research locations, and administrative facilities.
  • Coordinate project activities with site leadership, Digital Operations teams, Network Engineering, Facilities, Security, and vendors.
  • Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
  • Facilitate readiness reviews and operational go-live planning.

Cutover & Go-Live Support

  • Participate in evening and overnight cutover activities as required.
  • Support command center operations during major network transformation events.
  • Coordinate issue triage and escalation during implementation windows.
  • Document lessons learned and process improvements following major events.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for network transformation activities.

Endpoint Assessment & Validation

  • Review endpoint inventories and assist with device classification efforts.
  • Partner with site teams to validate business-critical systems and workflows.
  • Identify operational risks associated with connected medical, research, and business systems.
  • Track remediation activities and readiness gaps.
