Job Description

ERB is urgently hiring 5 licensed life insurance agents to support a heavy enrollment schedule this month and next month. We currently have 12 active client accounts scheduled for enrollment, providing immediate opportunities for licensed agents ready to work onsite, engage employees, and generate income right away.

This is a high-volume, consultative outside sales role with structured scheduling and dedicated enrollment support.

  • Coordinate closely with Enrollment Outreach Representatives (EORs) to ensure efficient scheduling and high participation rates.
  • Support post-enrollment follow-ups to address employee questions and resolve issues.
  • Represent ERB professionally while working onsite at client locations.
Qualifications
  • Active Life & Health Insurance License.
  • 1 year preferred, but newly licensed agents with the right drive are encouraged to apply (Accelerated Income Program designed for you).
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and consultative sales skills.
  • Experience with public sector, municipal, or union-based enrollments is a plus.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a fastโ€‘paced, clientโ€‘facing environment.
