Duties may include patient education, triage, medication management, and coordinating care via phone or online platforms. Virtual LPNs use technology to monitor patient conditions, document health information, and provide guidance under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians. These competencies enable high-quality patient care and effective collaboration in a technology-driven, remote healthcare environment.
