Your Impact
  • Coordinate scheduling and qualifications by confirming tour times and attendee lists, and reviewing owner qualifications to ensure they meet specific criteria.
  • Guide technology onboarding by walking owners through necessary software requirements and troubleshooting basic connectivity or platform access issues prior to the tour start.
  • Establish professional rapport to build excitement and confidence in the virtual process while listening to and reassuring owner concerns.
  • Ensure operational excellence by accurately entering and updating reservation data and maintaining up-to-date contact information within company systems.
  • Support departmental security and administration by adhering to all company policies and security awareness protocols while performing necessary administrative duties.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar customer service or virtual support environment.
  • Vacation Ownership or Timeshare Outbound experience highly preferred
  • Proven track record of exceptional ability to communicate and interact with others via telephone and digital channels.
  • Strength in various tech platforms, including SPI, Excel, Email, Jag, Max, and various virtual meeting platforms.
  • Ability to interpret data, solve practical problems involving various variables, and maintain professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Willingness to occasionally work weekends, holidays, and extended hours to accommodate tour schedules.
