About The Exercise Coach

 A mission‑driven, tech‑forward personal training company that delivers measurable strength, mobility, and wellness results with two 20‑minute, coach‑led sessions per week. The company pays for training and certifications, provides proprietary equipment, and offers clear career paths without the burnout of a traditional gym.
Core purpose of the role 
Deliver safe, measurable one‑on‑one and small‑group strength and mobility sessions using TEC methodology and Exerbotics technology; build trusting long‑term client relationships; and support studio growth through consultative, outcome‑focused sales and excellent service.
What success looks like 
Clients improve strength and mobility and remain long‑term; tours convert to memberships; studio KPIs (retention, conversion, NPS) meet targets; coaches complete internal certifications and maintain a professional, data‑driven studio environment.
Key responsibilities 

  • Intake & assessment: run professional consultations, record baseline metrics, set measurable goals.
  • Session delivery: lead safe, effective 20‑minute strength workouts and coach‑assisted stretch sessions for individuals and small groups; monitor form and adjust using real‑time data.
  • Progress tracking & education: log results, review reports with clients, teach recovery and healthy habits.
  • Client success & retention: follow up, re‑engage missed sessions, build rapport to increase retention and referrals.
  • Drive growth & sales: run tours/intro sessions, recommend memberships/packages, close consultative sales tied to client outcomes; track conversion metrics.

Requirements & preferred qualifications

  • Required: valid CPR/AED; completion of company certifications (Exercise Coach + Nutrition Playbook); authorized to work in the USA; availability for early mornings/evenings and Saturdays.
  • Core skills: passion for health, strong communication, people skills, professionalism, reliability.
  • Preferred: bilingual English/Spanish; personal training certification or degree in exercise science/kinesiology; experience with mobility, assisted stretching/PNF; sales, coaching, customer service, or healthcare background.
