Now Hiring: Full-Time & Part-Time Fitness Coaches
Alloy Personal Training – Bonita Springs, FL

Are you passionate about fitness and love helping others reach their goals? Alloy Personal Training in Bonita Springs is looking for energetic and dedicated Full-Time and Part-Time Fitness Coaches to join our growing team!

At Alloy, we specialize in strength training in small group sessions (no more than 6 members), allowing us to deliver the personalized attention and coaching our clients deserve.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking upbeat, friendly coaches with great energy and a strong ability to connect with people. You should be confident in your communication skills and able to manage your time effectively in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Our primary client base is aged 45 and older. Many of our members require modifications, or have a history of surgery or joint replacements, so experience working with older adults or in corrective exercise is a big plus.

Requirements:

  • Certified Personal Trainer (accredited cert such as NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, etc.)

  • First Aid/CPR Certified

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience with strength training and small group coaching

  • Ability to adapt programming to meet individual needs
