Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine their mental health status and individual needs.
• Design and implement tailored therapeutic plans that address a wide range of mental health issues.
• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, employing evidence-based modalities and incorporating client feedback to adjust treatments as necessary.
• Develop and provide clients with effective coping strategies and tools to help them manage their conditions in daily life.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to meet evolving needs.
• Provide referrals to other health professionals, such as psychiatrists or recovery programs, as appropriate.
• Participate in supervision and professional development activities to enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse client base, including individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. You will have the unique opportunity to impact the lives of clients from various backgrounds and walks of life, utilizing your skills to promote their mental well-being and recovery.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW).
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience working with a variety of mental health disorders.
• Extensive knowledge of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices tailored for individual and group therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and various virtual health platforms to document client interactions and maintain accurate records.
• A strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality in all patient interactions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in crisis intervention and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
• Familiarity with culturally responsive therapy models and practices that acknowledge and respect client diversity.
• Demonstrated experience working in a community health setting and familiarity with the unique challenges faced by our client population.

Compensation and Benefits

Silver Wing Counseling Center values the contributions of our team and offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year based on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
