As an Event Coordinator, you will have the unique opportunity to support our dynamic efforts in building the Lipari Foods brand and support our marketing efforts at various events including trade shows, regional and virtual events as well as company meetings. You will touch everything from event conception to execution to post event reporting including planning, vendor management, internal and external communications, digital invitations, registration portals, and delivery. This is your opportunity to bring creativity, energy and organizational skills to the food and beverage industry and have a serious impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning big, impactful events including working with vendors, contract management, event logistics, promotion and execution.
Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing preferred; direct working experience in this field will be considered in lieu
  • Strong project management skills and attention to details
  • A desire and comfort working with multiple technology platforms, collaborate with cross functional teams and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • A desire to have fun at work while being highly productive
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
