Job description

We are
looking for 15 Customer Service Representatives to join their busy team! We are also looking for 10-15 bilingual reps to fill multiple slots. This
is a work from home position for various well-known major corporations.

Various clients to choose from such
as

  • Theme Park Reservations
  • Cruise Ship
  • Online Auction
  • Home Repair Stores
  • Cable/Internet Provider
  • And MORE!

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

·
Flexible Scheduling ( Set your own)

·
Minimum of 15 hours per week, up to 40+ depending on the client

·
Please note it may require weekend availability (either Saturday
AND/OR Sunday)

PAY
RATES:

$9.00-$12.00
per hour

JOB
DUTIES:

·
Taking incoming calls from clients

·
Providing requested material via email, fax, or mail

·
Utilizing the company database to document call information in a
paperless environment

·
Resolving problems and assisting customers with questions

·
Additional support duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

·
A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience,
preferably in a call center environment

·
Proficiency with Windows 7, 8 and/10

·
Per the client’s request, the ability to pass a criminal
background investigation and a drug screen, (when applicable)

·
Punctual and continuous attendance is MANDATORY

·
High school diploma or GED

·
A stable work history

·
Excellent communication and listening skills
