We arelooking for 15 Customer Service Representatives to join their busy team! We are also looking for 10-15 bilingual reps to fill multiple slots. Thisis a work from home position for various well-known major corporations.

• Theme Park Reservations
• Cruise Ship
• Online Auction
• Home Repair Stores
• Cable/Internet Provider
• And MORE!

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

Flexible Scheduling ( Set your own)

Minimum of 15 hours per week, up to 40+ depending on the client

Please note it may require weekend availability (either SaturdayAND/OR Sunday)

PAYRATES:

$9.00-$12.00per hour

JOBDUTIES:

Taking incoming calls from clients

Providing requested material via email, fax, or mail

Utilizing the company database to document call information in apaperless environment

Resolving problems and assisting customers with questions

Additional support duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience,preferably in a call center environment

Proficiency with Windows 7, 8 and/10

Per the client's request, the ability to pass a criminalbackground investigation and a drug screen, (when applicable)

Punctual and continuous attendance is MANDATORY

High school diploma or GED

A stable work history

Excellent communication and listening skills
