• Conduct virtual individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions using our secure online platform.
• Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and challenges.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy, to guide sessions.
• Provide empathetic support, equipping clients with coping strategies to navigate emotional, behavioral, or mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, adhering to state regulations and organizational policies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying informed about emerging trends and best practices within counseling.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Experience working in a remote setting and a comfort level with virtual counseling tools and technology.
• Capacity for working collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere, valuing input from colleagues and sharing resources.

• A minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience, particularly in a community health setting.
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic techniques and experience working with mental health interventions.
• Experience with case management in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in working with specialized populations, such as children, LGBTQ+, or multicultural groups.
