This role is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a flexible schedule that aligns with client needs. As a virtual counselor, you will engage with clients through telehealth platforms, utilizing technology to provide effective, timely support. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video conferencing tools, creating a therapeutic space that fosters clients’ openness and trust.
  • Collaborate closely with the site supervisor to facilitate supervision sessions and ensure high-quality care practices.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and interdisciplinary clinical discussions to share insights, address challenges, and enhance treatment modalities.
  • Identify and refer clients to appropriate agency resources, ensuring comprehensive care aligned with their individual needs.
  • Prepare for client sessions meticulously, including reviewing case notes and engaging in research related to specific client issues to inform therapeutic interventions.
  • Document client progress and treatment plans, adhering to the clinic's policies and best practices for confidentiality and record-keeping.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

  • A track record with no history of medical malpractice claims, verifiable by a third party.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits
