• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, employing various assessment tools and structured interviews to gather comprehensive information.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans customized to meet individual client goals, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Person-Centered Therapy to guide your approach.
• Deliver individual, couples, and group counseling sessions to clients, employing appropriate therapeutic interventions and adapting to the diverse needs of the client population.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and peer support specialists, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
• Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, using electronic health record systems.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and case conferences to enhance professional development and ensure the highest quality of care.

• A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.
