Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and effective individual, couples, family, and group counseling sessions using telehealth technologies.
• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and specific goals.
• Provide continuous support and encouragement to clients, helping them navigate emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges.
• Regularly collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Stay current with the latest developments in counseling practices and theories by participating in professional development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LPC at Silver Lining Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals from various backgrounds and age groups. Our clients approach us with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. Qualifications

• A master’s degree in counseling or a related mental health field.
• An active license as a Professional Counselor in Georgia.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in telehealth services, especially conducting counseling sessions through video conferencing.

Compensation and Benefits

Silver Lining Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, based on experience and client caseload. We provide unlimited client referrals to support the growth of your practice, while also managing administrative tasks such as billing and paperwork.
