You may use a webcam, online portal, or phone to help clients with a variety of physical, mental, and emotional needs. Many aspects of this job vary based on the type of counseling you provide. For example, academic counselors may focus on career advice while legal counselors can help individuals determine whether or not they have a case worth pursuing in court.
