• Conduct thorough evaluations of mental health diagnoses, craft individualized treatment plans, and perform ongoing documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Deliver high-quality customer service, fostering a strong therapeutic alliance with clients while collaborating with a diverse team to improve community mental health access.
• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic interventions to help clients set and achieve personal goals during sessions.
• Prepare and maintain session documentation in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring timely submissions for successful client management.
• Coordinate care effectively with case managers, families, and other relevant stakeholders, promoting an integrated approach to client support.
• Actively participate in clinical staff meetings and training to maintain alignment with organizational goals and enhance clinical skills.
• Engage in other meaningful tasks that may arise in the course of clinical practice, contributing to the overall team and organizational success.

This position serves a diverse client base, consisting of individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and family counseling needs. You will adapt your therapeutic approaches based on the unique backgrounds and circumstances of each client, fostering an environment of understanding and acceptance. Your role will significantly influence their mental well-being, aiding in their journey toward recovery and personal growth.

• A master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active clinical licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Maryland.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively connect with clients and document services accurately.
• A proven ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries in a therapeutic context.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage and submit documentation of services punctually.
• Experience working with a wide range of clients, reflecting a deep understanding of diverse mental health experiences.

• At least two years of direct experience providing mental health counseling.
• Familiarity with telehealth technologies and virtual counseling best practices.
