This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from home at your convenience. You will have the option to choose full-time (more than 30 hours per week) or part-time (more than 5 hours per week) hours, allowing you to create a schedule that suits your lifestyle. The position requires strong personal and professional discipline, as you will manage your own time while providing quality care to your clients.

• Engage with clients in ethical and compassionate counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere.

• Conduct ongoing assessments of clients’ mental health needs to create effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate skill-building for clients, focusing on developing coping strategies, effective communication, and problem-solving techniques.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes, while working with minimal paperwork to streamline your focus on client care.

• Utilize our user-friendly counseling platform to engage with clients efficiently and effectively.

Your primary focus will be working with stable adults who are seeking guidance and strategies to improve their mental well-being. By providing low-acuity counseling, you will help clients navigate life’s challenges and promote self-sufficiency in managing their mental health. Your role is critical in enhancing their overall quality of life by empowering them through evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Possess a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Hold a current state license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or hold a Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD).

• Demonstrated ability to practice independently without the need for supervision and absence of any disciplinary actions.

• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, coupled with proficiency in using various computer systems and applications.

• Possess a stable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate high-quality video communication with clients.

While the primary requirement includes relevant licensure and education, experience in using digital counseling platforms or previous remote counseling experience would be advantageous. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and frameworks in mental health counseling will be beneficial in transforming our clients' lives effectively.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your level of experience and hours worked. In addition, we provide:
