• Perform comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, identifying their mental health needs and determining appropriate interventions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on the initial assessments, utilizing various therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and ensuring their engagement in the therapeutic process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team during weekly meetings to discuss patient care strategies and provide insights gained from individual sessions.
• Ensure timely and ethical completion of all documentation related to patient assessments and treatment plans, maintaining compliance with department standards.
• Utilize case management techniques to connect patients with community resources, ensuring they receive holistic care that addresses physical, emotional, and social factors.

Our client base includes adults and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. As a therapist at Zenea Care, you will work closely with clients from varied backgrounds, providing culturally sensitive support that acknowledges their unique experiences. Your role will have a direct impact on improving their mental health outcomes, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives.

• Must hold an active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) in the state of Maryland.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is mandatory.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques.
• Specific training in evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
• Proficiency in managing a diverse caseload and developing individualized treatment plans.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
