This position is completely remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience in providing care to clients located throughout Stamford, Connecticut, and the surrounding regions. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your responsibilities will encompass a range of therapeutic activities aimed at supporting our clients effectively. These include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches, for individuals, couples, families, and groups.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care, ensuring that clients receive holistic support.
• Maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.
• Engaging in continuous professional development and workshops to stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health practices.
