Location: Eagan, MN (in office full-time)
Job Summary: The Virtual Banker is responsible for providing all Minnwest Bank customers with a professional and courteous knockout customer experience, from sales to service. Individuals in this role will be on camera and mut be professional, welcoming and responsive on camera and all other venues. Hours will include evenings and weekends.

Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Learn and maintain technical skills for the operation of the ITM and all other systems used by the Virtual Contact Center. Educate and promote the use of ITMs with customer base and staff.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to all Minnwest Bank customers by identifying and recommending bank products and services to fulfill their needs
  • Assist customers with a wide variety of transactions, account maintenance, general inquiries and troubleshooting, online banking and fraud related concerns.
  • Utilize necessary security procedures to properly identify customers
  • Provide referrals and other opportunities to other business lines, e.g. insurance, mortgage, cash management

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year(s) customer service experience
  • 1+ year(s) retail banking experience
  • Dependable, organized team player with a positive attitude
  • Willing to continuously learn and grow within the organization
  • Microsoft Office skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or above
  • 2+ years customer service experience
  • 2+ years retail banking experience
  • 1+ year(s) contact center experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish

Schedule: Monday – Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, Rotating Saturdays: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Workplace Environment:

  • Requires face-to-face interaction and coordination of work with other employees and departments, and in-person interaction.
  • Working at a computer and utilizing a telephone
  • Occasionally lifting up to 50lbs

Pay Range: $19.60 - $22.05 hourly
