Are you a detail-oriented paralegal with experience in contracts and a passion for making a difference? A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Paralegal to join its legal team and support its Hospital Services Group. This role plays a key part in contract lifecycle management and cross-functional collaboration with teams that impact patient care directly.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Draft and negotiate complex service agreements and amendments
  • Respond to legal, compliance, and operational inquiries regarding contracts
  • Track contracts in all negotiation and execution stages
  • Collaborate daily with legal, compliance, operations, AR, and clinical teams
  • Manage contract filing and organization
  • Provide administrative support and participate in team meetings and trainings
Who You Are:
  • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of paralegal experience
  • Solid experience in drafting and negotiating contracts
  • Paralegal Certificate preferred
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
