The Job at a Glance

Parts Town is seeking a strategic, growth-minded Senior Marketing Manager (internally known as Ambassador of Buzz) to lead marketing for our fast-growing HVAC segment. In this role, you’ll own the marketing strategy that helps grow awareness, demand, and customer engagement across the HVAC space, with a focus on strengthening our position with contractors, distributors, OEM partners, and other key audiences. You’ll connect the dots between business goals, customer needs, and bold marketing plans that help move the segment forward.

You’ll lead end-to-end planning and execution across campaigns, content, digital experiences, and partner marketing initiatives while working closely with category management, sales, eCommerce, creative, and supplier partners. This role is equal parts marketer and account manager, making it a great fit for someone who loves building strong relationships, spotting growth opportunities, and turning big ideas into real business results. It’s a highly collaborative leadership role for someone who can think strategically, act decisively, and roll up their sleeves when needed.

A Typical Day

  • Own the marketing strategy for the HVAC segment, building plans that support revenue growth, customer engagement, market expansion, and strong manufacturer partnerships.
  • Lead integrated go-to-market initiatives across digital, email, social, content, events, trade shows, and sales enablement to drive awareness and demand.
  • Partner closely with category, sales, eCommerce, creative, and supplier teams to collaborate, align priorities, uncover opportunities, and bring high-impact programs to life.
  • Use market trends, customer insights, performance data, and competitive intel to shape strategy, optimize campaigns, and identify what’s next for the HVAC segment.
  • Develop segment messaging, value propositions, and campaign roadmaps that clearly communicate why Parts Town is the go-to source for genuine OEM HVAC parts.
  • Guide the development of marketing assets and digital experiences, including landing pages, merchandising content, promotional materials, videos, presentations, and sales tools.
  • Build strong relationships with manufacturer partners and internal stakeholders, coordinating co-marketing opportunities, shared priorities, and execution plans.
  • Monitor performance across key initiatives, share results and recommendations, and make smart adjustments to improve impact over time.
  • Coach and support team members and cross-functional partners as needed, helping keep work moving, priorities clear, and the energy high.

To Land This Opportunity

  • You have 7+ years of marketing experience, with a strong track record of building strategies and programs that drive measurable business growth.
  • You know how to lead across channels and are comfortable creating integrated plans that connect digital, email, content, events, and sales enablement.
  • You can think strategically, act decisively, and still jump into the details when the work calls for it.
  • You have experience working with external partners such as OEMs, suppliers, or channel partners and know how to build strong, productive relationships.
  • You’re confident leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing teams across marketing, sales, eCommerce, category management, and creative.
  • You’re comfortable using data, market insights, and customer feedback to make decisions, shape strategy, and improve results.
  • You thrive in a fast-moving environment, adapt quickly to change, and don’t mind a little ambiguity when there’s an opportunity to build something great.
  • You’re a strong communicator who can simplify complex ideas, align stakeholders, and tell a compelling story both internally and externally.
  • Bonus points if you have experience in HVAC, replacement parts, distribution, or another similar B2B category.

Extra Awesome

  • Willing to go above and beyond, suggest new ideas and identify opportunities
  • You can dig into a new opportunity, do the research and understand your customers quickly.

About Your Future Team

You’re really in for a treat. Bring your knowledge of comics, superheroes, pop culture and music from the 80’s and 90’s and you’ll fit right in. If you like either Star Wars or Star Trek over the other, we won’t judge you…much. We like to laugh, so bring your best jokes – you will be tested.

At Parts Town, we value transparency and are committed to ensuring our team members feel appreciated and supported. We prioritize our positive workplace culture where collaboration, growth, and work-life balance are celebrated.
