• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to determine clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, utilizing standardized assessment tools where applicable.
• Provide therapeutic support through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based treatment modalities that align with the latest research and best practices.
• Implement a range of therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to address clients' specific needs.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting clear, measurable goals for therapeutic progress.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, holistic care, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support.
• Deliver crisis intervention services as needed, assessing risk factors and implementing safety plans to protect client well-being.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops, enhancing clients' understanding of mental health and coping strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to ethical and legal standards to protect client confidentiality and ensure continuity of care.

Your work will impact a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing mental health issues, couples navigating relational challenges, and families seeking support in a host of areas. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your ability to understand and respond to the unique needs of each client is critical in fostering their emotional well-being and resilience.

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong knowledge of various evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills, enabling effective client engagement.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is highly preferred, particularly in roles focused on family and relationship counseling.
• Experience with various treatment modalities, crisis intervention, and group therapy facilitation is a plus.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and performance.
