• Establish an engaging and trustworthy rapport with clients to facilitate open communication and support.
• Diagnose mental health issues and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Conduct individual and couples therapy sessions, employing methodologies backed by evidence-based practices.
• Regularly assess clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer clients to specialists when necessary to enhance their treatment experience.

Your work will directly impact a diverse client base, including individuals and families from various backgrounds seeking help with relational issues, emotional distress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders. You will be instrumental in guiding clients through their unique challenges and helping them develop healthier relationships and coping strategies.

• A valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practices for addressing mental health issues.
• Strong therapeutic skills with a focus on client motivation and engagement.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within a team.

• Experience or specialized training in addiction counseling is preferred.
• Familiarity with managing co-occurring disorders and substance abuse interventions is a valuable asset.
• Prior experience working with families, couples, and diverse populations.
