• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs effectively. You will leverage diagnostic tools and interviewing techniques to gather relevant information.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' unique circumstances, incorporating evidence-based therapy modalities suited to individual preferences.
• Facilitate therapy sessions using secure virtual platforms, ensuring that clients receive consistent and effective therapeutic support.
• Collaborate with clients in establishing achievable therapeutic goals, providing continuous encouragement while adapting strategies as needed throughout the treatment process.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment modifications, to track each client's progress and ensure continuity of care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities by attending virtual workshops and training sessions relevant to mental health trends and therapeutic approaches.

Your work will directly impact a diverse client population, including adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. • A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is mandatory to ensure a strong foundational knowledge of therapeutic practices.
• Demonstrated exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively building rapport with clients in a remote setting.
• Exhibiting empathy, compassion, and cultural competence towards clients' diverse experiences is vital in fostering a therapeutic alliance.
• Strong organizational skills and self-discipline are necessary for managing remote sessions and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and familiarity with best practices for remote therapy delivery will be advantageous in transitioning smoothly into this role.
• Previous experience in providing therapy across different modalities (individual, couple, or family therapy) will aid in effectively addressing varied client needs.
• Certification in evidence-based therapies (such as CBT, DBT, EMDR) will be a significant asset.
