• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate client needs and establish tailored treatment plans using solution-oriented approaches.

• Deliver effective evidence-based therapeutic interventions that cater to the unique mental health requirements of each patient.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychologists, counselors, and administrative staff, to provide coordinated care and address multifaceted patient needs.

• Engage in regular case consultation and peer review sessions to enhance the quality of care delivered, encouraging a culture of continuous improvement.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health topics, empowering them with the knowledge to support their wellness journey.

Our clinic serves a diverse array of patients, including children, adolescents, and adults, who present with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LCSW or LCSW-R license in the state of New York is mandatory.

• Minimum of three years of clinical experience, particularly in psychotherapy, is essential to this role.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused therapy and other evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information simply and effectively to clients and families.

• Experience working with a diverse clientele in a clinical outpatient setting, particularly in mental health.

• Knowledge of and experience in implementing telehealth practices is advantageous.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and patient management.
