Work Environment

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual therapeutic sessions using secure video conferencing tools, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Utilize our proprietary technology, including a chat-bot system, to extend therapeutic support at critical moments for clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that take into account the diverse needs of clients.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and continuous improvement in treatment strategies.
  • Maintain precise documentation and timely updates through our electronic health record system, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
  • Stay informed about the latest telehealth policies and integrate technology in administrative and clinical workflows.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on individuals facing a spectrum of behavioral health issues, including those with co-occurring disorders and adolescents aged 8 and above. The environment fosters a supportive space where participants can openly discuss their experiences, challenges, and progress in a judicious and confidential manner. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying the appropriate level of care to ensure optimal outcomes for each participant.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Hold an active California LCSW license.
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a similar setting, demonstrating familiarity with an array of treatment modalities.
