Job Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with prospective candidates through phone, text, email, chat, and virtual recruiting platforms.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, availability, and interest in open positions.
  • Educate candidates on job opportunities, company culture, benefits, and hiring processes.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct follow-up outreach to keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support sourcing efforts by identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various recruiting channels.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews.
  • Manage and oversee onboarding documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable employment regulations.
  • Review, verify, and track pre-employment and onboarding requirements, including new hire paperwork, background checks, employment eligibility documentation, and other compliance-related records.

  • Assist with virtual hiring events, recruitment campaigns, and workforce initiatives.
  • Monitor open requisitions and support recruiting teams in meeting hiring goals and timelines.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for candidates, providing exceptional service and guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Respond promptly to candidate inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Create a positive candidate experience that strengthens the organization's employer brand.
  • Utilize conflict resolution and de-escalation skills to address candidate concerns and barriers to employment.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and workforce management tools.
  • Review, verify, and update candidate information and application materials.
  • Document candidate interactions and ensure compliance with recruiting policies and procedures.
  • Generate reports and track recruitment activities, candidate engagement, and hiring outcomes.
  • Support with all hiring and onboarding functions.

Associate Requirements
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Background Check
  • Must be at least 18 years old
