Contact Center Agent

A remote schedule is possible after 90 days of training and probation.

Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Contact Center Agent to join our team. The Contact Center Agent will serve as the first point of contact for patients over the phone, ensuring a positive experience by providing exceptional customer service and support. The primary responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments according to established protocols, and will be responsible for sending messages to medical staff for inquiries for medication refills and ensuring timely and accurate escalation to the appropriate department when necessary. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, a commitment to delivering high-quality service, and the flexibility to perform other administrative support duties as assigned. Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Minimum six months Receptionist, Front Desk, Call Center, or Contact Center experience required.

  • Bilingual Spanish / English or Navajo / English preferred.
