These agents typically work in call centers and assist clients by providing information, answering questions, and resolving issues related to travel. The 'no experience' part means that many employers are willing to hire and train candidates who do not have prior travel industry or call center experience. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in travel or customer service.
