OX Floors Concrete Coatings are a fast-growing, factory-direct concrete coating company serving homeowners across Florida and Texas. We're expanding rapidly and looking for motivated Call Center Agents to join our Stuart, FL team.

Position Summary
The Call Center Agent is responsible for calling warm, pre-generated customer leads — no cold calling — to confirm interest and schedule in-home consultations for our outside sales team. This is a high-volume, appointment-setting role ideal for someone who is personable, coachable, and comfortable on the phone.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call warm inbound/pre-generated leads to confirm interest in a free consultation
  • Follow call scripts and best practices to qualify and convert leads into scheduled appointments
  • Schedule qualified appointments for outside sales representatives
  • Accurately log call outcomes and appointment details in the CRM
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly dial and appointment-setting targets
  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and consistent phone presence
  • Participate in ongoing coaching and training to improve conversion rates

Qualifications

  • Prior call center, appointment-setting, or customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Strong verbal communication skills and a clear, friendly phone voice
  • Comfortable with a high volume of outbound calls to warm leads
  • Basic computer skills; ability to learn CRM/dialer software
