Alta Resources is looking for full-time and part-timeย Call Centerย Representatives to provide professional, high-quality, โ€œbest-in-classโ€ customer service.ย 

When youjoin Alta Resources as aย Call Centerย Rep, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the life of customers. You will listen to, talk withย and problem solve the issues of concerned customers.

ย 
Whatย Youโ€™llย Do:

  • Work with inbound and/or outbound phone calls, email, socialย mediaย and other forms of communication to address the needs of our clientsโ€™ customers.

  • Helpย facilitate,ย analyzeย andย resolve (i.e., troubleshoot) customer issues. Provideย product support.

  • Investigate and follow up on questions/issues to resolve concerns inย an accurateย andย timelyย manner.

  • Provide solutions,ย recommendationsย and product information with a sense of urgency,ย positivity and empathy.

Qualifications/Requirements:ย 

  • Strong desireย and passion to help people, or as we say at Alta Resources, โ€œTake care of people.โ€

  • Excellent interpersonal,ย verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to build relationships with clients,ย consumersย and coworkers.

  • Strong organization and time management skills.

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED, HSED)ย required.ย Post high school education is preferred.

  • Previousย work experience in customer service, sales, training, or member retentionย required.

  • Ability to quickly learn program and product knowledge, work on a PC andย navigateย a Windows environment.

  • Beginner to Intermediate knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel,ย PowerPointย and Outlook.

  • Polished phone demeanor,ย toneย and etiquetteย isย required.
