What does a virtual business development representative do?

They typically reach out to potential clients through digital channels such as email, phone calls, and social media to introduce products or services, qualify leads, and set up meetings for sales teams. VBDRs play a key role in expanding a company's customer base and building relationships with prospects. Their work is crucial for organizations looking to grow in competitive markets, especially when in-person interactions are limited.
