We are seeking compassionate and dependable Registered BehaviorTechnicians (RBTs) who are passionate about making a meaningfuldifference in the lives of children with autism. Whether you're anexperienced RBT or newly certified, you'll be supported by anexperienced clinical team committed to quality care, professionaldevelopment, and helping you grow in the field of ABA.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Provide direct 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy tochildren with autism
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BoardCertified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect session data and complete documentation using ourelectronic data collection system
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Follow individualized behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members tosupport client progress
• Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with clientsand families
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time
POSITION DETAILS
Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per billable hour
Required Availability: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-12:00 PM
Service Setting: In-Home - Emporia, VA 23847 area
Clinical Supervision: Virtual BCBA supervision
The days and times listed represent the availability required for this position and do not guarantee a specific work schedule, client assignment, or minimum number of hours. Actual schedules and assignments are based on client needs, service authorizations, cancellations, staffing, and operational needs.
While this position requires Monday-Friday availability during the times listed above, occasional Saturday availability may be required based on client or operational needs.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of theposition, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Depending on client and service needs, the position may involveremaining physically active throughout sessions; sitting, standing,walking, kneeling, bending, and transitioning between positions; andresponding promptly and safely to client movement and behavior.

Requirements
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• ABA experience preferred

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between servicelocations when applicable
