Job Summary
Mobile Service Technicians will complete air conditioning service, automotive repairs, on site scanning support, wire repairs and diagnostics within their market area.
Roles & Responsibilities

  • Customer service focused, ability to develop relationships and deliver operational consistency
  • Perform Air Conditioning Evacuation & Recharge
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical repairs
  • Understand and complete estimating, invoicing, part identification, pre and post quality control checklists
  • Adequately explain technical diagnoses and repair planning needs to include shop personnel, insurance adjusters, and customers
  • Utilize various tools, diagnostic equipment, and Virtual support team resources to make the most effective recommendations
  • Test drive vehicles after repairs are completed
  • Check all parts for quality and accuracy before installing
  • Complete assigned training and certifications, to include continuing education courses
  • Communicate with field team to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Maintain a well-organized work area
  • Responsible for ensuring tooling software updates are completed immediately
  • Accountable for assigned inventory
  • Including: Laptops, OE scan tools, VCI, other equipment provided
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships through our company purpose and core values
Qualifications, Education & Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years automotive repair experience
  • Trade school experience a plus
  • ASE or I-CAR certifications a plus
  • Knowledge of diagnostic scan tools and factory software
  • Obtain AC certification & follow safety standards
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge and ability to use computers, mobile devices, and related technology efficiently
  • Self -motivated, positive attitude, with a customer focused vision
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must be able to lift 60 pounds independently
  • Travel may be required for continuing education and certification training
  • Requires standing for extended periods of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, and stooping
  • Requires frequent driving of company and customer vehicles
  • Extensive travel within assigned area is expected
  • May have exposure to fumes, dust, and chemicals
  • Ability to work in a shop environment in inclement weather
  • Required to wear PPE to include but not limited to facial covering, eye protection, gloves
