RealJoy Vacations is looking for an organized, detail-driven Owner Relations Coordinator to support our growing Owner Relations department. This is an exciting opportunity to become an essential part of our team by helping onboard new vacation rental properties while ensuring they remain compliant with Florida's Short-Term Rental fire inspection requirements.

What You'll Be Doing
Every day is a little different, but your primary responsibilities will include:
• Coordinating the onboarding process for new vacation rental properties
• Entering and maintaining accurate information across multiple software systems
• Tracking onboarding progress and ensuring required steps are completed on time
• Scheduling and coordinating Florida Short-Term Rental fire inspections
• Monitoring inspection deadlines and following up until every property is compliant
• Maintaining organized digital records and documentation
• Communicating with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding
• Identifying missing information and proactively resolving issues
• Assisting with administrative projects that support the Owner Relations team

  • Experience working in a collaborative team environment is preferred, with strong multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Schedule:
  • This is a full-time position located in Panama City Beach, FL.
  • Standard workdays are Monday through Friday.
  • Work hours are based on business needs within the hours of 9 am and 5 pm.
