ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Salary Range: Hourly; 40 hours/wk. $16-$18/hr DOE. M-F
Job Description: We are looking to add a well rounded office assistant to our Ft. Lauderdale, FL office. Responsibilities and duties will include, but are not limited to: working on various projects as assigned by the Director of Operations; creating documents, reports via spreadsheet in both Microsoft Office and Excel, scheduling appointments while exhibiting total discretion; data entry and record keeping; maintaining a company email and responding to requests/assignments.
Successful applicant can manage changing priorities with little or no notice. Our company spans several states, and as such we sometimes see projects come in with tight deadlines that require an all hands approach. The ability to task switch quickly, and manage changing priorities will serve you well in aiding our team to complete our objectives.
