Executive Associate/Paralegal Associate

Bill Rate: $25- $30/HR Location: Inland Empire Blvd, Ontario CA

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Reporting to a manager, working with broker team

Day to day tasks | Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and manage real estate documents, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, amendments, and closing documents.
  • Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions from inception to closing.
  • Conduct title and survey review; identify and resolve issues.
  • Assist with due diligence, including reviewing leases, contracts, and corporate documents.
  • Maintain organized files and track critical dates and deliverables.
  • Work closely with senior brokers and staff to provide day-to-day support on transaction-related tasks, including document preparation, scheduling, and client communications.
  • Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

Licenses/Certifications: Paralegal certification preferred.

Must Have Skills:
