You will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology and resources to conduct assessments, therapy sessions, and communicate with your colleagues effectively.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive virtual assessments, regularly updating these plans in response to patient progress.
• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using various therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychotherapy in a virtual setting.
• Provide immediate virtual assistance to families experiencing acute crises, helping to stabilize situations and resolve conflict through effective online communication strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our group practice to create a holistic approach to patient care, ensuring all aspects of a client's well-being are addressed.
• Track and document patient progress in adherence to regulatory standards and best practices, ensuring quality care and compliance with telehealth guidelines.

In your role as an LMFT at Balanced Life Counseling, you will be working primarily with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families facing challenges related to mental health issues and substance use disorders. Your ability to connect empathetically with clients from various backgrounds will be essential, as you provide support and guidance through their unique therapeutic journeys.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.
• Must hold an active state licensure as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in the mental health field is mandatory.

• Experience delivering group therapy sessions is preferred, highlighting your ability to foster a supportive environment for collective healing.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms, including video conferencing tools and electronic health record systems, as well as a comfort with using multiple tech platforms simultaneously.
• Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse assessments will be advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually.
