THE JOB:
As a VIP Lounge Representative, you'll epitomize the pinnacle of hospitality, ensuring every guest receives a heartfelt welcome and an unparalleled sense of appreciation from their initial contact. Your duties span from facilitating seamless hotel registrations to fulfilling bespoke concierge requests, all aimed at curating unforgettable experiences for our esteemed guests. By intuitively grasping each guest's individual narrative and requirements, you'll take ownership of their journey, crafting extraordinary moments and memories that resonate long after their departure!
THE STARTING PAY RATE: $22.50 / Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
  • Greet VIP customers, answer questions, facilitate guest reservations, and verify if special requests/amenities were delivered
  • Ensure the VIP check-in/out process is efficient and flawless while facilitating an excellent working relationship between the property and the guest
  • Resolve guest bills with casino hosts for any additional food, beverages, or show tickets
  • Ensure correct charges and credits are posted, collect payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and demonstrate responsibility in balancing all cash and cash equivalent transactions using property cash handling procedures

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One (1) year of prior relevant Front Desk or Concierge experience preferred
  • One (1) year of prior relevant Guest Services experience in a similar resort setting preferred
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
