Position Summary Information
Job Description Summary:
The HRIS Student Support Assistant supports the HRIS team with end-user assistance related to UKG Ready and other HR systems. This role focuses on answering common questions (such as how to submit time off), following established instructions, and supporting data quality and change management efforts.
Responsibilities include:
  • Responding to basic HRIS and UKG Ready questions using approved documentation and processes
  • Reviewing documentation and job aids for clarity, accuracy, and grammatical errors
  • Assisting with change management initiatives, including communications and user readiness support
  • Supporting data comparison and data clean-up efforts by reviewing reports, identifying discrepancies, and flagging issues for the HRIS team
  • Helping identify trends in questions or issues and supporting basic reporting for leadership review
  • Working collaboratively as part of a team-based environment and following defined escalation paths

Requirements:
Attention to detail; excellent oral & written skills.
Ability to problem-solve and retain knowledge of basic HR processes.
Excellent interpersonal skills required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products and overall computer usage.
Additional Information:
The Human Resources office is located in the Villanova Center, in the building next to Starbucks and First Watch. Our address is 789 Lancaster Ave, Suite 260, Villanova, PA 19085. Candidates must be comfortable walking or driving to this location. Occasional shuttle service is available through Public Safety, if needed.
