Spa Attendant

Laying in the heart of Napa Valley, The Estate Yountville features two magnificent hotels that embody the perfect getaway and retreat. Surrounded by vineyards, Michelin-star restaurants and exquisite views in Yountville, our 22-acre haven sits among one the most coveted viticulture regions in the world. We invite our guests to immerse themselves in a redesigned Wine Country experience in a delightfully vino-cultured manner: two luxury hotels with decidedly different personalities – the vibrant Hotel Villagio and its sophisticated counterpart, Vintage House, a chic and tranquil sanctuary. A combined room-count of nearly 200 rooms and suites allows us to create a memorable experience for any occasion!

The Spa Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of all spa facilities to ensure a safe, serene, and luxury guest environment.

Reporting to the Spa Supervisor, with oversight from the Spa Director, the Spa Attendant supports daily spa operations by upholding sanitation standards, replenishing amenities, monitoring guest areas, and assisting team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.

  • Ensure all spa equipment and surfaces are sanitized and maintained in good condition in accordance with spa hygiene standards.
  • Empty and sanitize waste receptacles regularly to maintain proper hygiene.
  • Monitor guest use of spa facilities and notify the Spa Supervisor of any safety concerns or inappropriate use of equipment.
  • Remain aware of activity within locker rooms and guest areas to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
  • Report maintenance needs, facility concerns, or safety hazards immediately.
  • Assist Spa Concierge with guest tours and orientation to locker room facilities when needed.
  • Support service providers with linen delivery, treatment room stocking, and operational flow as needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels of guest supplies and communicate restocking needs to the Spa Supervisor.
  • Rotate stock and maintain proper storage of linens and amenities.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of spa storage areas and linen rooms.
  • Vacuum guest corridors and maintain public areas as trained.
  • Adhere to all spa policies and procedures related to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
  • Uphold a professional and cooperative attitude when interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support spa operations.

Service Standards

  • Uphold Estate Yountville's luxury service standards and Forbes expectations in all guest interactions.
  • Maintain impeccable facility presentation at all times.
  • Ensure locker rooms, relaxation areas, and wet areas meet high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Demonstrate awareness, attentiveness, and professionalism when assisting guests.
  • Support a calm and orderly spa environment by proactively addressing facility needs.
  • Respect guest confidentiality and privacy at all times.
  • Foster a cooperative and supportive team environment aligned with Estate values.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, spa, or service industry preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Ability to work independently while following direction from the Spa Supervisor.
